Free accommodation in swap for house renovation help.
I am offering free accommodation in exchange for helping around my house. This includes sanding walls, gardening and moving some lighter furniture items.
I have been told by backpacker that I have an amazing location, they love coming home to somewhere quiet with a back yard which is so close to everything Brisbane.
I live in a lovely, quiet part of Woolloongabba. I am looking for like minded quiet, motivated and early to bed backpackers who are looking for an alternative to a hostel.
Must be in bed by 9 pm. Coming home late from work and being in bed after 9 pm will not work for me.
Job Description offer:
• 12 hours of work per week each person
• Prefer work to be completed during the week while I am at work - 8 am to 6:30 pm
• Week day work needs to be finished by 6:30 pm as I live in a residential area
• Some weekend work is ok
House rules
• Ideal Candidates: Non-smokers who appreciate a quiet, early bedtime. (this is important to me)
• No parties
• Quiet hour after 9 pm, cooking and eating before 9 pm
• If you prefer to party out and come back late that will not work
• Best to have earphones for listening to music, etc

• Convenient location near South City Square, Woolloongabba
• Access to amenities: washing machine and nearby buses
• Buses – 61, 175, 174
• Walk 3 km to South Bank
• South City Square – 3 minutes walks – Woolworths supermarket, cinema
