25 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 8:30 am–12:30 pm Saturday: 10:00 am–2:00 pm

Join Resido Management Pty Ltd, a leader in facility caretaking services for Body Corporate. This role involves managing, arranging maintenance, and cleaning the common areas of a residential apartment complex in Camberwell, Vic

Responsibilities:
· Clean common areas (floors, foyer, car park, waste rooms).
· Obtain quotes for maintenance works.
· Coordinate external contractors.
· Maintain and present facilities to a high standard.
· Address resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Manage building security systems (access control, CCTV).
· Enforce by-laws and regulations.
· Keep operational records and documentation.
· Be available for emergency maintenance calls

Requirements:
· Experience as Caretaker/Building Supervisor or Manager.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
· Knowledge of facility management regulations and compliance.
