Casual Retail Assistant

Working at our Heronswood Retail Store you will be reporting to the Retail Manager.
Core responsibilities:
A strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact effectively with visiting customers to the site.
Ability to work efficiently with other staff as part of a small team
Ability to deal with questions and complaints efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining good customer relations
An interest in gardening
Physical fitness and preparedness for hard work
Skills:
Horticulture experience
Desire to work outdoors
