What We’re Looking For:
We need enthusiastic individuals—experienced or looking to get experience—to bring MDFF 2025 to life in these key roles:
Ticketing: Friendly, organized volunteers to manage ticket sales, check-ins, and assist attendees with a smile.
Presenters: Charismatic storytellers to introduce screenings, engage audiences, and host Q&A sessions with confidence.
Managers: Natural leaders to oversee teams, coordinate logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Projectionists: Tech-savvy individuals to handle film playback and troubleshoot equipment for flawless screenings.
Graphic Design: Creative minds to craft eye-catching visuals, posters, and festival materials.
Social Media & Marketing: Digital dynamos to boost our online presence, create buzz, and connect with our audience.
Editors: Detail-oriented talents to refine footage, create festival highlights, and polish promotional content.
Videographers: Skilled shooters to capture the festival’s magic, from screenings to behind-the-scenes moments.
