Nursery Hand

Floraco Pty Ltd is the largest and most productive fresh flower grower in Western Australia.

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE START!
We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our fast-paced production team at our production nursery in Forrestdale (South of Perth CBD).
Looking for a few people to help us coming into our peak season (4 – 8 weeks). Training will be provided.

Immediate start, good hours as were going into peak production work. WILL include weekend hours when we are busy.
Possibility of ongoing work after this 4 – 8 week period depending on staff levels.
The position is well suited to someone who has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, fit, punctual, reliable, enjoys hands on work and does not mind getting a bit dirty.

If position turns into an ongoing work through winter the following applies:
• Generally approx. 38 hours/week ~ Good hours approx. 40 + hours/week
• Early starts (6am in Summer, 7am during Winter)
• $30.20/hour adult pay rate
• MUST have drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle; no public transport nearby. Parking is available
• Full training provided
• Previous horticulture experience not necessary
• Duties include: flower crop maintenance, picking, bunching and grading of flowers, general labouring duties.

*Please note: Our company does not count towards 88 hours farm work due to locality.
