Are you passionate about outdoor adventure and leadership? Scouts Victoria is looking for a Campsites Adventure Team Leader to oversee and coordinate our Adventure Activity Programs at Gilwell Park, Gembrook.
About the Role:
As an Adventure Team Leader, you will:
✅ Work with party leaders to develop exciting adventure activity programs.
✅ Lead a team of adventure activity leaders and ensure they hold the required qualifications.
✅ Maintain program staffing ratios and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
✅ Support the recruitment of adventure activity leaders.
✅ Ensure all adventure equipment is maintained to required standards.
✅ Support capital improvement plans for activity bases.
✅ Support the development and review of risk registers and operating procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
✔Willing to work on weekends when bookings require.
✔Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔ Experience in outdoor adventure programming and delivery.
✔ Qualifications in Outdoor Education (Desirable).
✔ Valid Working with Children Check and satisfactory Police Check.
✔ Commitment to Scouts Victoria’s Child Safe policies.
