Role and responsibility include:
Cutting and trimming meat
Deboning, grinding, and portioning meat.
Weighing, and packaging, meat
Ensuring quality and freshness of products.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Operating and maintaining meat-cutting machinery and tools.
Following proper hygiene and safety procedures.
Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat upon delivery.
Ordering supplies and meat.
Keeping records, and inventory.
