At POP! Photography, we capture the magic. From kids and teens to models and actors, our professional photoshoots help people look and feel their absolute best. We’re growing fast and need a phone-savvy, people-loving Appointment Setter to join our small but mighty team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be our calling weapon—the first voice our new leads hear, and the one that gets them excited to book a photoshoot with us.

This role is phone-based sales with heart—it’s about connecting, asking the right questions, listening, and guiding people toward a shoot that suits them best. You’ll:

- Make high-volume calls to warm leads (sometimes 80–100 calls/day during busy campaigns).
- Qualify and consult with potential clients about their needs.
- Confidently ‘sell’ the POP! experience—why we’re different, and why they’ll love it.
- Book in photoshoots and update our CRM (Pipedrive).
- Follow up via SMS/email to keep the pipeline moving.
- Answer and assist with inbound phone enquiries.
- Support the broader team with occasional studio days or viewing sessions.

Who We’re Looking For
- Sales experience? Essential. You know how to handle objections, close with confidence, and hit targets.
- Telesales or phone-based experience? Double yes. This isn’t your first rodeo, you're used to making 100+ calls per day.
- Customer service background? Absolutely. You genuinely care about people and love building rapport.
- You’re a natural conversationalist. Friendly, warm, and great at reading people’s needs.
- Self-motivated and results-driven. You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do—you just get it done.
- Tech-savvy and organised. You’ll be using tools like JustCall, Pipedrive, and Gmail daily.
