Beachside Room For Help Exchange In Brisbane

Redcliffe is around 1 hour from Brisbane city by public transport train and it is where Brisbane's first real beaches start. In exchange for 2.5 hours a day (very flexible) we can host 1 or 2 travellers who would like to help us with gardening, housework, cleaning, and doing things around the house.

You are welcome to come and stay for one week or longer. Some travellers have stayed with us for much longer, but we always start with a 1 week help exchange before confirming longer stays with us. We’ve had over 300 people stay with us since 2008 (yes, really).

This is a no smoking/vaping, no drugs, no fanatics, no politics, and no crazy people house. We like open-minded, friendly positive people like us who enjoy sharing stories and joy :0)

For your help, you'll have a nice, clean and comfortable place to live with:
- Your own private room with a queen bed
- Unlimited fast WiFi
- Full use of the kitchen
- Wonderful walks on bay just outside the house or the beach nearby .
- Easy walk 5 minute walk to all the beachfront shops, cafes, bars, Woolworths, etc.

The house is suitable for travellers who enjoy a quieter house and want to be near the beach/bay and nature.
This is NOT a hostel, it is a house, for living in with neighbours in a community that enjoy peace and quiet at night too :0)
