ABOUT THE ROLE
Using your expertise and the finest seasonal ingredients you’ll be producing an inspired menu across breakfast, lunch and dinner. You’ll collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience, where food and service blend effortlessly, and consistently strive every day to deliver a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests.  
  
ABOUT YOU    
• Minimum 2 years of experience as CDP / Cook / Commis
• A team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach.  
• Passion for hospitality & the pursuit for more knowledge   
• Available to work across a flexible, rotating roster including breakfast, evenings and weekends.  
• Sound knowledge of HACCP requirements.   
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights.
