We are seeking an experienced Cook / Chef for this busy property located in Central Australia-Northern Territory.

This role would suit a candidate with experience in cooking high quality meals, excellent team work skills, and willing to work across other departments. The successful candidate will have previous bistro & a la carte cooking experience.

Being remote there is nothing to spend your money on giving you an ideal opportunity to save all of your pay whilst enjoying a laid back outback lifestyle.

Casual 
$32.25 per hour Monday - Friday
$34.97 after 7pm Mon - Fri
$38.70 per hour Sat
$45.15 per hour Sun
Free Accommodation and Meals

Commence: 6th April 2025
Minimum 6 month commitment 
 
Duties:
Prep & cooking of bistro & a la carte meals
Maintain a clean kitchen
Assist with stock rotation
Work alongside the head chef to produce high quality meals
Work as part of a small kitchen team
Assist across other departments if required 
Candidate Requirements:
Willing to live and work in a remote destination
Be a team player 
Excellent communication skills 
Must have a food handlers certificate
Minimum 6 month commitment 
Own car would be preferred

Phone box on site
Basic supplies can be purchased onsite 
Regular flights and bus transfers are available
Work available for a partner
