Melbourne Cash For Carz is on the lookout for a reliable and organised Command Manager to join our team! If you’re someone who loves taking charge, managing operations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you.
As the Command Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily activities, leading the team, and making sure our customers have a great experience when selling their cars. You don’t need to be a car expert – just someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to solve problems quickly.
This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same. From coordinating staff to handling customer queries and keeping things running like clockwork, you’ll play a key part in helping us grow.

What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and people skills
Experience in management or leadership roles (preferred but not essential)
