• Resolve client & team support requests to a high standard

• Efficient and personable when making calls, Whatsapp and emails

• Great telephone manner

• Someone with great attention to detail

• Proficient using Apple Mac, Whatsapp, Gmail, Google Sheets, Maps, Calendar

• Experience in this role or similar is a must

• 36+ hours per week

• Proposed shift pattern – Mon 8-5, Tue 8-5, Wed 8-5, Fri 8-5, Sat 8-12* (Thu & Sun off) – flexible according to increased responsibility
