- * Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
-* Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant menu
-* Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
-*A keen eye for detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene – * Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills
What you’ll do: – * Preparing and serving meals according to menu and orders – * Ensuring all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to food safety regulations – * Assisting with menu planning and development to keep our offerings fresh and appealing – * Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment – * Work in a harmonious environment with bar staff and other employees – * Setup and cleaning of kitchen
-* Ability/flexibility to work split shifts (Lunch-11:30am-2:00pm/Dinner- 5:30pm-9pm)
