About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who is committed to exceptional customer service and can bring energy and enthusiasm to our buzzing hostel. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Creating a friendly and cheerful atmosphere for our guests.
✅ Managing efficient check-ins and check-outs.
✅ Providing local advice and recommendations, including selling tours to explore the NT’s most epic destinations.
✅ Responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
✅ Escalating issues to management when needed.

What We’re Looking For
? Previous experience in front desk reception or customer service in an accommodation setting.
? Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
? Flexible availability – 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
? Experience using MEWS desirable but not essential.
? Must be available from beginning of March.
