What we’ll need from you:-
- Previous sales experience – worked on the phones before? Retail experience?
- Even if you have no sales experience, you’ve got to be able to sell us on WHY YOU?!
- The ability to effectively work towards KPIs. Are you target driven and ambitious?
- A passion for the environment – people who really care about what we do is always a bonus.
– Leadership/Team Leadership experience ( this is preferred but not required).- Have a growth mindset. Are you keen for progression and development opportunities? If yes, then tell us about that!
- A confident and outgoing personality – we are a young, fun, team & want people who want to be a part of that!
- Computer literate (operate CRMs, google suite etc.)
