This is a full-time role located in the Ballarat/Western Vic region, close to public transport and not far from Melbourne, accommodation can be assisted. You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, training a small kitchen team, ensuring food quality and consistency, and managing inventory and budgets. You will be trustworthy, passionate and organised.
