We are looking for experienced people in the roles of event cleaners and managers to join our team and work alongside us at the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Australian Grand Prix 2025, Albert Park and the Avalon Australian International Airshow 2025.

Multiple positions are available from the end of Feb through to early April. You can apply to join us for just for one event or both.

CIA Services Group will be servicing the Corporate, Hospitality and Grandstands for the Grand Prix and Airshow.

Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Australian Grand Prix will be the most dynamic of its kind ever staged in Australia, the first race on the 2025 calendar. This world-class event will take place at Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit Melbourne. A range of Management and Cleaning positions are available including weekends and evenings, during pre-event, event and post-event commencing late February and ending late March.

Avalon Australian International Airshow will return in 2025, bigger than ever for a fantastic event staged in the Greater Geelong area. The event, on the international stage, is held at the Avalon Airport grounds for 6 events days in March. A range of Management and Cleaning positions are available including weekends and evenings, during pre-event, event and post-event commencing early March and ending early April.
As an enthusiastic and experienced manager and or cleaner you will demonstrate a great ‘can do’ attitude, have exceptional attention to detail and good communication skills. In your role working with us you will be an ambassador for CIA at the events.

Manager Positions

Manager positions will commence in late February and early March as we work through the bump in / pre event period to establish our team, training and processes as well as the pre event cleaning requirements in the lead up to Event Weeks of both events. During Event Weeks the manager roles will be as follows:

Admin HR Managers

Day and night shifts during the event
Description: Manage staff. Arrival and checking in of shift staff, uniforms and site orientation. Manage staff room and breaks.
Shift Managers

Day and night shifts during the event weeks
Description: Manage staff, rosters & workflow. This is an operational role.
Any event management and/or cleaning experience is an advantage.
Area Manager Roles

Depending on experience and availability this can be Day or Night shifts during the event weeks
This is a hands-on role so cleaning experience, is preferable
Event hospitality and event management experience would also be preferred.
Event Cleaner Positions

Cleaner positions will commence late February and continue through early April.
Experience in cleaning and particularly event cleaning is preferable
Day and evening shifts across both events

Our team will grow in numbers from late February, each week through March and will be at full capacity during Event Weeks as follows:

Formula 1 Grand Prix
Pre Event Cleaning:
Commencing late Feb around 24th to Wednesday 12th March, full and part time shifts available from 7am to late during the pre event cleaning phase.

Event Period Cleaning:
Thursday 13th March – Sunday 16th March, full time positions available for day and night shifts between the hours of 6am to 6pm for day shifts and 6pm and 6am for night shifts. The duration of shifts will range between 8 and 12 hours.

Post Event Cleaning:
Monday 17th March – Friday 21st March, 7am – 5pm, full time and part time shifts available.



Airshow 2025
Pre Event Cleaning:
Commencing early March around Monday 4th to Monday 24th March Wednesday, full and part time shifts available from 7am to late during the pre event cleaning phase.

Event Period Cleaning:
Tuesday 25th March – Sunday 30th March, full and part time positions available for day and night shifts between the hours of 6am and 11pm for event days. The duration of shifts will range between 6 and 10 hours.

Post Event Cleaning:
Monday 31st March – Friday 4th April, 7am – 5pm, full time and part time shifts available.
