Work with the team in front office operations

Duties include
Housekeeping Supervision: ensuring
guest rooms were maintained to the highest standards.
Reservations Coordination: Manage hotel reservations, optimizing occupancy and revenue
Perform night audits to ensure accurate financial records, adhering to
hotel policies and ensuring compliance.
Front Office reception with excellent computer skills ensuring
daily operations and administrative tasks are completed correctly
Excel in Customer Service and resolve guests concerns,and address guest requests promptly and maintain the high standard of The View on Hannans Motel
Efficiently complete check in and guest check outs
following established procedures to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
