What does a Hospitality Hero do?
As an experienced food and beverage attendant you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional 5-star service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining areas.
Being knowledgeable about our menu, local wines, and produce to make recommendations to guests.
Setup and pack down dining areas before and after service.
Build strong relationships with all guests.
Act in accordance with SOPs and food, health and safety regulations.

What you can bring to our tables!
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
RSA Certified
A genuine love for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Ability to work well in a team, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
Ability to multitask effectively to serve all our guests.
Understanding of food safety procedures.
