About Us:
We are a vibrant and friendly Motel & Pub located in the heart of Hughenden, Queensland. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere to all our guests, whether they’re staying overnight or enjoying a meal at our pub. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic All-Rounders to join our dynamic team. We prefer couples or close friends as we provide accommodation with two people to a room.

The Role:
As an All-Rounder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both the Motel and the Pub. This is a varied position where you will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas, including customer service, food & beverage, housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to motel guests and pub patrons
Assist in the daily operation of the pub, including serving food and drinks, handling cash, and ensuring cleanliness
Help with motel reception duties, including check-ins, bookings, and general inquiries
Perform housekeeping duties, ensuring rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
Assist with general maintenance and tidying around the property
Support the team with various tasks as required to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service
RSA & RSG certifications (or willingness to obtain)
