Accounts/book Keeping/program Coordinator

Medimobile is the leading provider of workplace flu vaccinations in Australia, and with the flu vaccination season underway, we are on the hunt for a person with experience in book-keeping e.g. entering bills, reconciling bank statements, accounts payable and receivable.

Ideally you will also be customer-serviced focused as the role has a dual function to enable you to also be part of our program coordinator team.

We are a dynamic, collaborative office based in Eagle Farm (Brisbane).

We operate seasonally, which is why we are busy now and seeking an additional member of our team!

You will work alongside the Office Manager and Managing Director but also closely with our Program Coordinators who are the voice of the business and our vaccine logistics team.

- Accounts payable
-Accounts receivable
-Bank reconciliation
-Quickbooks/Reckon or MYOB experience is ideal

- Experience in a customer service, and administrative-focused role is a bonus.
- Comfortable on the phone and well-versed in email communications - strong communication skills are key
- Computer literate
- Keen eye for detail
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Able to work well under time pressure and at speed

We are looking at a start date of ASAP - this is a casual position, up to 38 hours per week, up until either end of April or mid to end of May (subject to business needs).

$31.50 per hour plus superannuation
