We are looking for a dedicated couple to join our team on a TSS 482 Visa, offering a pathway to Australian Permanent Residency (PR). This is a unique opportunity for those committed to working hard, building their skills, and calling Australia home.

Important:
• Commitment: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated work.
• Skills: One partner must have high cleaning standards, and the other should be handy.
• Seasonal Business: Expect 4 busy months and quieter periods for the remainder of the year.

Responsibilities:
1. Reservation and Guest Services: Manage guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payment collections for accommodations,
2. Facility Supervision: Maintain caravans, cabins, amenities, and recreational areas within the beautiful Kosciuszko National Park.
3. Guest Interaction: Provide information about local attractions, activities, and events to enhance guest experiences.
4. Client Relations: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Compliance: Work with local authorities to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
6. Retail & Hospitality Management: Oversee on-site shop to meet guest needs.
7. Tenancy Oversight: Draft, monitor, and enforce tenancy agreements in compliance with legal standards.
7. Accommodation provided in a 4-bedroom house.

Skills and Experience Required:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or facility management (preferably in a caravan park or similar environment).
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of caravan park operations and related regulations.
• Leadership skills to manage staff and ensure operational excellence.
• Proficiency in reservation and computer systems.
• Ability to handle challenges with diplomacy and tact.

Role Summary:
• Start Date: Immediate
• Salary: $73,500 for the sponsored person. The second partner will be on a separate contract with industry-standard wages.
• Flexibility: Flexible working hours available.
• Visa Sponsorship: Work visa provided, with potential for extension and PR pathway.
