Sales Support & Customer Service At Campervan Village

At Campervan Vilage we believe road trips are the best way to holiday! Our customers can hire our campervans or 4WDs set up for camping from over 14 locations across Australia & New Zealand. We know RVs inside and out as we’ve been renting campervans and 4WD Campers for over 20 years across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada & South Africa.

We are looking for a SUPERSTAR with a focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMIN to deal with our trade partners via email & WhatsApp and respond to customer inquiries.

This role is full-time, working 38 hours Monday - Friday and we are looking to fill this role asap.
Minimum commitment: 6 months

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage all WhatsApp inquiries in a timely manner
- Reply to customer emails
- Upselling products on the phone
- Liaising with management about price beats and agent offers
- Day-to-day management of trade inquiries and bookings via multiple channels with a focus on maximizing revenue opportunities
- Ensure all B2B partners receive up-to-date product specifications and rates information
- Nurture supplier & agent relationships
- Provide regular and accurate updates on sales activity including market intelligence on booking trends, customer feedback and competitor activity.
- Maintenance of our CRM (B2B relationships, products, rates etc)
- Support the Business Manager, other departments & sister brands as required

This is a fast-paced and diverse role based in our Brisbane office

ABOUT YOU
Are you well-organized, team-focused, highly energetic, and passionate about helping external and internal customers?

You should possess the following skills and experiences to be successful in this role:
- Fluency in English both written and oral, speaking either German, Dutch, French is a Plus
- A degree in Business, Marketing or Tourism OR experience in Sales, Customer Service or Tourism is highly regarded
- You go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable with following processes and procedures
- Intermediate computer skills
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Love of road trips is a bonus!
