5 day shifts - Must be available Weekends!

Qualities we look for:
A genuine passion for wine & creating memorable guest experiences
Great communication skills (fluent English written & verbal)
Must have your own vehicle – rural location
Fluent in English – Good Written & Verbal
Hospitality/ Tourism or Retail experience required
Pro-active attitude, able to think on your feet & be a team player

Every year we have dozens of seasonal workers here on the farm. We are on Tasmania’s East Coast Wine Trail, located just 15 mins from the nearest township of Swansea. Freycinet National Park is 40 minutes away suit people who want to explore. and 1hr 45mins drive from either Hobart or Launceston.
Love wine and sharing it? We offer guided wine flight tasting experiences – our wines are highly awarded - and we need people that can share our passion for wine, along with stories about our family & farm.
We are searching for a casual employee with hospitality, tourism & customer service experience at our cellar door sales/vineyard. You must be able to work independently, be authentic, honest & a wine enthusiast. It’s a varied role where no two days are the same.
We know it's really hard to get a place to stay so we have thought of that & have accommodation for you here on the farm, and your work can count towards your 88 days.

About the role:
Friendly demeanour, enjoy customer service and story telling
Ability to be flexible and adaptive
Lead wine tastings -vertical flights
Represent our brand with knowledge and professionalism
Handle tasks like opening/closing, stocking, and more
Previous cellar door or hospitality/tourism experience required
General cleaning, glasses, floor, bathrooms involved
Assist with packing and despatching orders
POS operating and email communication

Your Commitment:
5 day shifts - Must be available to work Weekends & Public Holidays!
Must be able to start by Jan 10th 2025
Commit to 3 months minimum


Casual Position Available: $29.74 Cellar Door Sales + weekend penalty's
Accommodation available (small nightly rate)
