Farm Hands

The Role
An opportunity is available for two farm hands at Bowna near Albury, for spot spraying of paddocks and general farm duties for a start in January 2025.

Reporting to the Farm Manager, the positions will ideally suit self-motivated individuals looking for a several months work on a large-scale farm.

Applicants need to demonstrate:
• Experience in chemical management and spot spraying of paddocks
• Experience in farm maintenance and machinery operation
• Solid work ethic and attention to detail
• Sound understanding of safe work practices
• Ability to work autonomously to complete planned tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful applicants must:
• Have good communication skills and be able to work autonomously
• Show initiative, responsibility and have a positive attitude to work
• Be physically fit and able to fulfill all requirements of the role
• A current chemical user’s certificate
• Hold current drivers’ licence.
