Job Description
Paynesville Hotel is looking for some staff for the Summer Holidays. We are located on the beautiful Gippsland Lakes and have a lovely view of the water, 3.5 hours from Melbourne. We have a busy bistro focused on quality food and bar serving an extensive range of drinks. We also have an adjoining takeaway fish and chip shop and bottleshop.
We are looking for the following staff for 6-8 weeks over Christmas :
- Bar staff - RSA required, experience preferred
- Bistro staff - experience preferred
- Cook/Kitchen hand - experience required with grills and fryers
We have an ensuite room onsite available for free that is suitable for a single or couple. Staff will be paid award wages, get discounted food and get to work with a fantastic team. The town has around 5,000 people living there and a large town within 15 minute drive with 15,000 residents.
There is an opportunity to stay longer than the 6-8 weeks for the right person.
