We are currently seeking candidates with livestock experience who are eager to pursue long-term careers in the Australian agricultural industry. We provide additional services, including visa sponsorship support (Subclass 494 and Subclass 482), to help candidates transition smoothly into Australian farm roles.

About the Role
We have exciting opportunities for livestock farm assistants and managers to join innovative and fast-growing farming enterprises across various locations in Australia. You will work closely with farm managers and owners to assist in the management and development of livestock operations, contributing to the success and productivity of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day livestock management, including handling sheep, cattle, or other livestock.
Monitor animal health and welfare, ensuring best-practice standards are followed.
Support pasture and feed management programs.
Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and animal welfare protocols.
Maintain accurate records of livestock and farm activities.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff and contractors, where applicable.
Assist with recruitment, training, and supervision of farm workers.
Contribute to strategic farm planning and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in livestock farming (sheep, cattle, or mixed farming).
Strong knowledge of livestock care, breeding, and feeding practices.
Ability to handle and manage farm machinery and equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to farm safety.
Leadership experience or a willingness to take on supervisory roles is a plus.
Experience working with livestock in rural or remote settings is highly regarded.
Working dogs (if applicable) are welcome.
