Remote Telesales Agent (sell Something Fun!)

XtraPension is a fast-growing Irish company that helps people in Australia who previously worked in the UK for at least 3 years to maximise the UK State Pension they don't know they're entitled to.

You're essentially selling 'free money' provided by the UK Government. For most people in Australia, they can pay $1 direct to UK Revenue (HMRC) which gets them $40 from the UK Government over a 20 year retirement.

You do not need to be a maths / finance specialist to succeed in this role.
No prior knowledge of pensions is required.

We don't care where you're based as long as you're making sales.
We have massive demand in Australia and no competition.

You'll be given warm interested leads every day.
Your job is to call, explain how the opportunity/ our service works, and convert leads to paying customers.

Excellent phone manner, persuasiveness, hunger to succeed and cop-on are essential.
Some Telesales / Customer Support experience is preferred.

There's an initial 2 week paid trial as part of the selection process.
