Job Description
Lola Underground is a small speakeasy bar located at The State Buildings/Como The Treasury Hotel.
Our wine list leans towards French, Spanish and Western Australian. Our cocktails are based on classics with top shelf ingredients all stirred, not shaken.
We are currently open Thursday - Saturday 4pm till late. In January we will add Wednesday to the schedule. Additional shifts can be obtained through one of the 7 other F&B outlets within the building.
