Chef de Partie-Hotel / Pub Venue-Coastal Pilbara Region-Western Australia
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for this busy venue located in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia.
This busy kitchen caters to locals and holiday makers. Located on the beachfront you have stunning ocean views whilst working.
The role would suit a chef who enjoys working in a fast paced environment cooking bistro style meals.
Outside of work, enjoy the beautiful beaches, local fishing, snorkeling, whale watching and the laid back coastal lifestyle.
MUST BE USED TO WORKING IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT

Immediate Start
Package:
Casual-Level 4 HIGA
$33.96 per hour - Monday to Friday
$40.76 per hour - Saturday
$47.55 per hour - Sunday
Can be full-time salary of $73,150 after probation
Onsite Accommodation $70 per week
Private room - share facilities
Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom
No meals provided - grocery store nearby
Duties:
Working in a very hands-on capacity
Prep Work
Cooking for service - bistro-style meals
Working independently
Stock control
Maintain hygiene standards
General Cleaning
Other duties as required
Candidate information:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Long Term Commitment preferred
Be able to work on your own at times with assistance from a kitchen hand
Access via public transport on sealed roads or regular flights
