At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification or relevant experience.
Registration or licensing may be required.
Tasks Include:
Responsibilities:

Taking control of reservation system, ensuring reception is monitored and covered, ensuring Housekeeping activities are running smoothly .Liaising with Kitchen staff to monitor and direct room service functions.

Overseeing garden and property maintenance requirements, monitoring security arrangements and compliance with varying bodies and Government departments

Supervising and running bar, restaurant and function room and planning and booking of events

Main tasks:

Ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations.

Monitoring of customer satisfaction and establishing adherence to procedures

Compliance and control of Accounting practices , stock control and purchasing requirements

Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Referring guests to Guest services and activities desk including providing local knowledge of information for tourist activities in the area.
