We’re urgently searching for an experienced full-time executive chef or cook to lead the kitchen at the renowned Henry Parkes Motel in beautiful Tenterfield, NSW.

Who are we?

What are we looking for?

We need someone ready to roll up their sleeves and get cooking. You’ve got at least five years of catering experience under your apron, and you’re ready to deliver mouth-watering Australian bar and pub classics. Whether it’s prepping, cooking, or plating, you know how to run the show solo. You’re comfortable with split shifts and meeting guest needs with ease. If you’ve got the skills and the attitude, we’re happy to give you a shot at stepping up into an executive chef role.
