We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and ensure the safe, efficient, and successful execution of our projects.

Job Description:
- As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites or project locations.
- You will manage teams, ensure adherence to safety regulations, monitor progress, and resolve issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate activities on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Direct and manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, quality, and safety.
- Report to project managers and provide updates on site conditions, issues, and overall progress.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all materials, equipment, and personnel are available when needed to avoid delays.

Key Requirements:


- White Card
- Own transportation
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Certification in safety programs (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
