Head Chef

A great little brewery on the South Coast is a looking for a Head Chef. We offer a casual dining experience with a lively beer garden in a busy holiday park.

The Chef will take the lead in the kitchen to provide our guests with high quality, consistent meals that compliment our craft beers and relaxed atmosphere.

We have a brewery onsite and are passionate about using fresh, local ingredients as much as possible in both our food and beer production. The right candidate will bring their passion for food to our menu and show high standards of care in everything they do.

Experience as a pizza chef is an advantage.

Our kitchen is currently open 5 days a week, Wednesday - Sunday until 8pm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Overseeing the operations of the kitchen
Ensuring the highest standards of food production and service are achieved
Managing a small but passionate team of cooks and kitchen hands
Developing a menu for lunch and dinner service in line with management
Adhering to food safety and hygiene requirements
You will be working in a fun and ambitious environment. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate. WHV's and chefs and cooks of all levels are encouraged to apply!
