We are gearing up for a busy season!

The BW Events Group includes Glen Albyn Estate , Waterline Lounge Bar and Eatery, Seagrass Longpoint and luxury vessel Mustique. We are a dynamic group with some off Hobart’s most prized waterfront locations and have just opened in Coles Bay, on the east coast.

Our range of food experiences range from fine dining to casual breakfast and lunch beach side café dining.

We are unique and fun, and we are looking for individuals who just LOVE to COOK! Current roles are full time.

Must have experience in fast paced a la carte service kitchens and or familiar with productions kitchens and producing large scale volume productions…………WE OFFER VARIETY!

We produce from scratch , we brine , we smoke , we infuse, we sous vide, we have our own sourdough starter , we blast chill , we only use the best Tasmanian produce, we have an amazing kitchen for you to SHINE…..oh and all kitchens have a view!!

We have positions that can qualify for 88 and 166 day.
