About Us: The “Ye Olde Quindanning Inne” is a heritage listed country pub located just 90 minutes south of Perth. With 19 rooms, a 1000pax capacity beer garden, and seated restaurant service the Quindanning Hotel is the perfect day trip from Bunbury, Mandurah, or Perth. We have a bustling weekend El a Carte’ service, as well as catering to our local community, and travellers Monday to Thursday. Being a destination venue we pride ourselves on great food, cold drinks, and friendly service, providing unforgettable experiences for tour bus and large group functions, weddings, and large scale live music events .

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic chef to assist our head chef to deliver a high quality casual dining experience to our patrons.
Our menu is classic country pub fare meets casual fine dining. The successful applicant must have at least a certificate 4 in commercial cooking, have no less than 2 years experience in high volume kitchens, ideally in high end pubs or fine dining establishments.
They must be:
• passionate about food and the quality and presentation of their meals
• professional with high standards and expectations for yourself and others
• committed and reliable and have a proven record in working in busy pub kitchens
• able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• be comfortable delivering all of this in a smaller kitchen, as, being heritage kitchen efficient use of our limited space is critical
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organised workplace whilst adhering to all kitchen procedures and operations
• prepare high quality dishes to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons
• work with other team members to ensure smooth operation of our kitchen
