Hostel Handyman

We are looking for someone to handle our maintenance in our busy Brisbane Hostels.
2 sites located next to each-other.

The hiree should have a good attention to detail and an eye for spotting ways to improve the hostel business. As-well as have a can-do attitude and like being kept busy.

Tasks include:
- Cleaning duties using specialised equipment
and chemicals; and
- Perform maintenance and repairs
- Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
- Painting and filling gaps or crevices
- Undertake light installation or light carpentry
- Repair equipment or appliances if possible
- Assist tradespeople when needed
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency
tasks
- Assembling items
- Basic labouring
- Identify and report the need for major repair

Casual Base rate of $32.25 per hour, Up to 5 days a week.
