Thousand Lakes Wilderness Lodge is delighted to offer an exciting position for an experienced Hospitality All-Rounder to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and are eager to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Tasmania.
Thousand Lakes Wilderness Lodge is a boutique wilderness lodge, boasting only 9 rooms, nestled in the alpine landscapes of the Tasmanian Central Highlands. The lodge offers a unique work environment where staff can enjoy a balanced work/life routine, making it an ideal setting for those who appreciate hiking, bushwalking, fishing, walking, and experiencing native flora and fauna. The peacefulness and solitude of the lodge provide a remarkable opportunity for personal growth and tranquility.
Key Responsibilities
• Hotel housekeeping
• Food and beverage service
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the lodge
• Assisting with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation of the lodge
Requirements
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping and F&B service is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in hospitality and providing exceptional service
• Your own transport
• Minimum commitment of 4 – 6 months
