Job Title: Seasonal Pick and Packer (Christmas)
Location: Dello Mano Kitchen - HEMMANT 4174
Job Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (Immediate Start until Christmas)- Monday to Friday (some weekend work possible due to seasonal load)
About the Role:
We're looking for a quick-learning and reliable team member to support our kitchen's pick and pack operations during the busy Christmas season. This role is key in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, with a personal touch and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately read and pack customer orders.
Customer Service: Answer phones and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
Courier Coordination: Book couriers for deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using a computer for order management and communication.
Attention to Detail: Ensure each order is checked and packed perfectly, as attention to detail is crucial.
Pace & Action-Oriented: Work swiftly and efficiently to keep up with demand.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a fast-paced packing or kitchen environment is a bonus.
Strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
