Recruitment Resourcer - 3 Months

Are you an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer looking for 30 hours per week.

Join our dynamic small team in Yeerongpilly, Brisbane, where you will play a crucial role with a proactive and flexible approach, attention to detail, autonomy, and, most importantly, team collaboration that makes you feel included and supported.

Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the sourcing of blue-collar roles across various industries
- Overseeing our complete screening process
- Conducting pre-employment checks, including references and police checks
- Managing weekly timesheets
- Meeting ad hoc team requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 6 months experience in an administrative role within recruitment or HR
- Proficiency in MS Office skills
- Exceptional people skills supported by strong written and verbal communication
