Bar / Pub Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pub Manager to lead our team and help us continue our success.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring smooth service and a great customer experience.
Managing and training staff to deliver top-notch service, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
Handling inventory management and stock ordering to ensure the bar and kitchen are well supplied.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety in line with regulations.
Managing the financial aspects of the business, including budgets, cost control, and banking.
Promoting the pub through social media, events, and promotions to attract new customers and engage the local community.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Scheduling staff and ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and events.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Pub or Bar Manager, with a strong track record of managing teams and operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, costs, and stock levels efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
A passion for hospitality, customer service, and community engagement.
A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
