Key Responsibilities:

Manage food prep and kitchen operations during busy service times.
Ensure that all food is stored, prepared, and served safely and hygienically.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the team to create new dishes and specials.
Assist in stock control, ordering, and ensuring minimal food waste.
Ensure food costs and pricing meets budget requirements.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook, ideally in a pub or restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
