FRONT OFFICE / HOUSEKEEPING – LIVE ON SITE
We are looking for an Experienced Front Office/Housekeeping person with experience with the accommodation / hotel environment. This is a Live On-Site package deal. Only people with experience and willing to live on site to apply please.
The ideal person we are looking for must have:
• Must have experience in a similar role within the accommodation / hotel environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work flexible hours
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Reception duties from check in and check out of motel guests
• Overseeing housekeeping
• Maintaining guest accounts
• Taking reservations
• Answer reservation enquiries via telephone and email in an effective and efficient manner providing a high standard of customer service
• Assisting with all guest enquiries and providing information on the local area
• Assist with housekeeping duties including laundry
• Selling tours to guests
• Helping with the bar and restaurant when required
