Experienced Chef

Hi, we are looking for an Experienced Chef that can completely run a kitchen with other staff. This job will entail Cooking full menu / Food Prep / Ordering / Catering. The hotel is open 7 days a week with two services lunch 12pm till 2pm / Dinner 6pm till 8pm. We are a busy Hotel with a great reputation. Coming into the Summer months it gets very busy with tourist passing by. We have accommodation available at the Hotel.

A little bit about us. We are 4 local guys that brought the local Hotel 15 months ago. We have turned it back to a place for the Community to enjoy and we have great local events and employ great local staff.

Orbost is such a beautiful town, it is right next to the famous Snowy River. 10min from beautiful beaches/bushland/waterfalls/walking tracks and the list goes on.
