Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media and email marketing campaigns using PinPoint and AWS.

Organize and manage affiliate and referral programs to drive growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Design and implement guerrilla marketing strategies and other innovative approaches to engage target audiences.

Analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and track performance.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative content across all platforms.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on social media and email marketing.

Proven experience working with PinPoint and AWS for marketing purposes.

Enhance and optimize Meta ads campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.

Strong knowledge of guerrilla marketing strategies and hands-on experience executing creative campaigns.

Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

Desired Skills:

In-depth knowledge of AWS, PinPoint, Meta ads, and marketing automation tools.

Experience in working within fast-paced startup environments.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
