Office Manager & Hr Professional

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager & HR professional who will be responsible for managing daily office operations and overseeing human resources functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills to support our team’s growth and development.

Reporting to the CEO, this full-time position offers diverse responsibilities, including:

>> Providing general office and administrative support at our Gold Coast office.

>> Preparing administrative documents, conducting data entry for new hires, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

>> Handling various HR functions, including the creation of policies and procedures.

>> Maintaining high levels of organisation in our internal systems and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management:
>> Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
>> Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
>> Coordinate and support office events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Human Resources:
>> Assist with recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
>> Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
>> Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
>> Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Administrative Support:
>> Prepare and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
>> Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
>> Provide general administrative support to the leadership team as needed.

Qualifications
>> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
>> Proven experience in office management and human resources roles.
>> Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
>> Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
>> Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
>> A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
>> Proficiency in HRIS and office management software (optional).
