Event Kitchen Hand / Cook

We have a number of roles available to join our event catering team to work as part of our production kitchen for the Melbourne Cup Carnival 2024. The role will be working on in our kitchen in Hawthorn.

These are casual roles and involves general cleaning duties within the kitchen, cleaning cooking and general utensils, assisting chefs and cooks along with assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking.

We have shifts available to work 38-50 hours per week, from 24 October until 09 November, and will include shifts on a public holiday and weekends, see the pay rates below.

M-F - $30.13 per hour
Sat - $36.15
Sun - $42.18
Public Holiday - $60.25

MUST HAVE - Understanding of safe food handling and hold or willing to complete 'Doing Food Safely' & 'All About Allergens' online training prior to first shift.
