The Role:

Verduno Australia is looking for an experienced butcher to join our team. The role is full-time basis based in Kingsgrove with opportunity to move to permanent full-time employment after the trial period.



Your Role:

Portion control cutting beef/lamb/pork and poultry
Stock and quality control
Take responsibility for customers individual requirements and cut to order and specification
Communicate with all stakeholder’s quality issues as they arise
Assisting in factory cleaning and maintenance of all HACCP protocol


Your Skills:

Experienced butcher required
Commitment to ‘attention to detail’
Deep understanding of preparation of all cuts of meat for restaurant requirements
Understanding that every restaurant has different requirements and to deliver products tailored to their request
Lots of energy (we are a young team of super enthusiastic people)
Physically strong and fit
Keen focus on safety and hygiene
