Job Description
We are seeking an experienced gardener / horticulturist and looking to work on some beautiful homes with amazing gardens across the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Western Sydney.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about horticulture.
Effective and respectful communication with landscape designers, clients, and fellow horticulture team members.
Cert III in Parks & Gardens (Or international equivalent)
Proficiency in commercial garden tasks.
Knowledgeable about plants, pests, and diseases.
Strong attention to detail.
Possession of a White Card.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Current manual Driver's License.
3+ years of industry experience.
Basic administrative skills.
General understanding of irrigation systems.
Familiarity with seasonal tasks, including soil improvement.
General Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in hedging, pruning, and general garden maintenance.
Competence in using various tools, including hand and small motorized equipment.
Responsible for equipment cleaning and maintenance.
Adherence to instructions and compliance with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures and requirements.
